Frequently Asked Questions
How do I choose the right level?
Start with how you feel today. If you’re anxious parking on a quiet street, pick Beginner. If you can park in average conditions but struggle with tight spaces, try Intermediate. Advanced is for precision moves like narrow garages or trailer backing.
Do I need my own vehicle?
For on-road practice, yes—using your vehicle builds specific confidence in its size and mirrors. Video modules and simulator drills do not require a vehicle.
Are the courses suitable for new drivers?
Absolutely. Our Beginner track is designed around simple, repeatable instructions and frequent reassurance. Many students take it before their road test.
How long do I have access to a purchased course?
You receive at least 12 months of access for self-paced modules. Any live session replays are available for 90 days unless noted otherwise on the course page.
What is your refund policy?
If a course doesn’t match your needs, contact us within 14 days of purchase and before completing 30% of the content. We’ll provide a kind, hassle-free refund per our Terms.
Is there closed captioning or accessibility support?
Yes. All core videos include captions and transcripts. We also provide contrast-friendly slides and keyboard-accessible practice tools.
Do you offer certificates?
Upon completion you’ll receive a shareable certificate of completion. It’s a record of learning; it does not replace any state licensing requirements.
Can I learn trailer backing without prior experience?
Yes. Our Trailer Backing Basics start with how to set up, mirror pairing, and gentle steering corrections. No prior experience is required.
